摘要
从计划体制向市场体制的转型,对经济学本身的发展和演化带来了巨大的变革和影响,转型方式和策略的争论也持续了相当长的一段时间。本文在对转型策略争论回顾的基础上,认为从计划体制向市场体制的转型方式取决于原计划体制内部的利益冲突和矛盾积累程度。本文明确提出转型的激进程度取决于原计划体制内部的矛盾积累程度。
The transition, from planning system to market system, have changed the economics itself greatly. It has been lasted for a long time for debating about the transition strategy. The text regards that transition tactics depands on conflict degree within the planning system, and the intense degree of transition de pends on accumulating degree of contradiction within the planning system.
