摘要
在实验室中增加了中频感应炉设备,结合调整后的电磁搅拌装置,形成一套完备的实验室冶炼系统.利用该系统采集并分析了电流、频率、功率、冶炼温度和冶炼时间的关系曲线,指出在实验室中建设中频率感应炉将为首钢品种钢开发发挥重要作用。
This article illustrates the importance of the laboratory application of the.After adding the medium-frequency induction furnace and adjusting the lriginal electromagnetic stirring equipment, we organize a whole laboratory refining system.With the new system,the relational curves of important parameters, such as current, frequent, power, refining temperature and time have been colleted and analyzed. It shows that the application of the medium-frequency induction furnace plays an important rule in the development of the new product in Shougang.
