基于DSP的炭阳极气泡振动信号采集与处理系统的设计

摘要 针对新的阳极效应预报方法和工业现场实时监测的要求,设计了以DSP芯片为核心的炭阳极气泡振动采集与处理系统。振动传感器检测铝电解槽阳极导杆上的阳极振动信号后,由DSP芯片实现自适应AR谱估计算法,对振动信号进行时频分析,并且通过USB接口芯片与主机进行通信,组成高速、实时的采集与处理系统,根据分析结果可预报阳极效应。 According to a novel anode effect prediction method and the requirements of real-time monitoring the industry field,the acquisition and processing of the vibration signals through carbon anodes have been designed in the core of the DSP chip.After vibration signals are detected on the anode leader of aluminum reduction cell by vibration sensor,it realizes the adaptive AR estimation in the DSP chip to make the time-frequency analysis on vibration signals,and communicates with computer through the interface based on USB chip,and composes more efficient and real-time system,it can predict anode effect according to results from the analysis.
