急性期后交通动脉瘤显微手术治疗 被引量：3

摘要 目的介绍急性期后交通动脉瘤显微手术治疗的经验。方法40例后交通动脉瘤经DSA确诊,均行瘤颈夹闭术。结果术后随访1￣10月,1例自诉偶有头痛,12例仍有动眼神经麻痹。30例患者恢复工作。结论对Hunt-Hess分级Ⅰ￣Ⅳ级的后交通动脉瘤实施显微手术瘤颈夹闭可防止动脉瘤破裂再出血,有利于动眼神经麻痹的恢复。严格掌握手术时机,熟悉手术经路解剖和显微操作及术中术后正确预防血管痉挛是手术成功和降低并发症的关键。
