摘要
目的回顾分析卵巢黄体囊肿破裂的经阴道彩色普勒超声表现。方法对23例疑卵巢黄体囊肿破裂的病人经阴道彩色普勒超声检查。结果23例卵巢黄体囊肿破裂的经阴道彩色普勒超声声像图表现有3种。附件区包块型:11例,占48%;卵巢囊肿型:7例,占30%;积液型:5例,占22%。23例均手术治疗及术后病理证实。结论经阴道彩色普勒超声扫查结合血HCG检测以及后穹窿穿刺是诊断卵巢黄体囊肿破裂的敏感方法。既方便又有效。
Objective To review the pictures of corpus luteum rupture with transvaginal color Doppler imaging （TVCDI）. Methods 23 cases of corpus luteum rupture checked by TVCDI. Results There were three kinds of imaginges in 23 cases of corpus luteum rupture.Which showed as the type of lump around ovarian adnexa in 11 cases（48%）,the type of ovarian cysts in 7 cases（30%） and the type of effusions in 5 cases（22%）. 23 cases were all proven by the surgical operations and the postoperative pathological examinations. Conclusion It is the sensitive, convenient and effective method to diagnoses corpus luteum rupture with the TVCDI checking combined with blood HCG examination and puncture of posterior vaginal fornix.
