摘要
目的总结分析舌侧正畸中拔牙矫治的要点。方法根据我科开展舌侧正畸的临床经验，对舌侧正畸拔牙矫治中的重点问题进行分析、总结，并展示典型病例。结果舌侧正畸拔牙矫治的成功，与精确的技工室程序、临床粘接技术、关闭间隙技术、转矩和支抗控制等因素密切相关。结论舌侧正畸的拔牙矫治技术与唇侧正畸相比，有很多差异。经过严格的临床训练、掌握正确的技术方法，舌侧正畸可以达到理想的矫治效果。
Objective To analyze and conclude the keys to success of extraction treatment in lingual orthodontics. Methods The keys of extraction treatment in lingual orthodontics were concluded from our clinical work and experience, and the typical lingual extraction cases were presented. Results The keys to success of lingual extraction case related to the precise laboratory procedure, clinic bonding, mechanics of closing space and the control of the torque and anchorage. Conclusion Lingual orthodontics was different from the labial. Lingual orthodontic treatment could clinical training and proper techniques. gain reasonable result in the extraction cases by strict clinical training and proper techniques.
