生长因子及其与体内微环境的多重相互作用 被引量:7

摘要 细胞、生长因子及细胞外基质(extracellularmatrices,ECMs)共存于一个动态的组织环境中,三者之间的多重相互作用研究对生长因子有效发挥生物学活性、调节细胞的生长过程以及利用工程化手段设计和制备外源性载体对生长因子进行控制释放,引导组织的再生和修复均具有重要的指导意义.本文从不同角度阐述了生长因子的特点及功能,生长因子与ECM的相互作用,生长因子作用于细胞的方式和相关信号,简要总结了生长因子控制释放载体的仿生化要求,以期为组织工程相关研究提供参考.
