摘要
对比分析了我国电力机车转向架构架传统的制造工艺与西门子公司的制造技术,指出以控制焊接温度来控制焊接件变形和用焊接工艺和焊接工装来保证加工面位置精度的工艺,是一种先进的工艺方法,而构架焊后整体退火是落后的工艺方法,应该废除。
This paper contrastively analyses the manufacture technology of electric locomotive bogie frame at home and in Siemens, points out that the technology is advance, which controls weldment deformation by controlling welding temperature and ensures the machined surface precision by welding technology and equipment. It is also indicates that the whole frame annealing is behindhand and shoud be abolished.
