摘要
通过分析我国发展政策性农业保险的迫切性,指出了发展政策性农业保险要因地制宜,防止“一刀切”;要注意配套法律的制定和实施;要因地制宜地选择适合的组织制度;要成立相对固定的工作组织。
After analyzing the urgency of developing policy-oriented agricultural insurance system in China, the author puts forward the following points： Above all, the policy-oriented agricultural insurance system should be differently developed in particular regions ; second, the legislation and practice of related laws should be paid attention to; third, suitable organizational regulations should be made on the religion basis; besides, relatively stable working organizations should be established.
