摘要
探讨了环氧树脂与煤焦沥青配合比例、固化剂、玻璃鳞片的规格与用量、惰性填料与触变剂等因素对涂层力学性能、耐磨性、防腐性和施工性能的影响,通过试验得到了各种合适的配比,既提高涂层性能,又降低成本。
The paper made an approach to the influence of the mix ratio of epoxy resin with coal tar, specifications and dosages of curing agent and glass flake, inert filler and thixotropic agent etc. factors upon coatings mechanical property, abrasion resistance, anticorrosive property and application property. Through experiments, a variety of proper formulation was getted with both improved coatings properties and reduced costs.
