选择性头部亚低温治疗新生儿缺氧缺血脑损伤的安全性观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨亚低温治疗新生儿窒息后缺氧缺血脑损伤的安全性。方法:21例中、重度窒息足月新生儿分为观察组11例和对照组10例。观察组采用选择性头部降温,维持鼻咽温度为(34.00±0.50)℃,持续治疗至出生后72h。所有新生儿生后24h,72h采血检测电解质、肌钙蛋白T、血、尿β2微球蛋白、肝功能、出凝血时间和D-二聚体。结果:观察组未发生硬肿、呼吸暂停、心律失常和电解质紊乱,两组患儿血、尿β2微球蛋白、肌钙蛋白T、D-二聚体明显升高,但两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:采用选择性头部亚低温治疗新生儿HIBD,对心、肝、肾、凝血及内环境无严重不良影响。
