摘要
杆试验是用来测量无线电引信高频灵敏度的常用方法,早期使用电缆和光缆的传输方法,带来一定误差且不方便。文中介绍了一种小型弹内记录仪的设计与实现,它采用ADuC 812芯片和M GL-24064高亮度显示器,使仪器体积足够小到能放入各种口径的弹丸内。通过合理的程序设计,可以快速准确的测量引信接近目标时的高频灵敏度,还具有回调数据、性能分析等功能,测量数据准确稳定,是一种实用新型的弹上测量并存储记录数据的杆试验记录仪。
Bar experiment is a usual method that measures highI-frequency sensitivity of radio fuze, transmitting methods using electric and optical fiber cables in the early time have some errors and are not convenient. Design and realization of recorder inside mini-bomb is introduced in this paper, ADuCS12 chip and MGL-24064 high lightness indicator are used to make the instrument small enough to be putted into the projectile of each caliber. High- frequency sensitivity when fuze approaches to the target can be quickly and accurately measured by reasonable program design, at the same time has the function of data call-back and performance analysis and accurate and stable measured data, is a new-type practical bar experiment which measures in the projectile, stores and records data.
