摘要
介绍和比较了目前高校图书馆读者违规的不同处理方式,分析了对大学生读者违规行为进行人性化处理的原因,并提出了人性化处理的实现要素。
This paper compares the different methods adopted by university library currently for dealing with the readers breaking the rules, analyzes on the causes of dealing with the university students readers breaking the rules in a humanized method, and puts forward the implementation factors in the humanized treatment.
