知识经济时代,市场竞争异常激烈,高校图书馆要在激烈的竞争中取胜就必须提高其服务质量。在阐述零缺点质量管理理论的基础上,结合高校图书馆的服务现状,探讨了如何提高高校图书馆服务质量的问题。
In the knowledge economy times, the market competition is very drastic. University library, which wants to win in thedrastic competition, must improve its service quality. This paper expounds the theory of zero-defect quality control, and connecting with the present situation of university library's service, probes into the problem of how to improve university library' s service quality.
