市场经济条件下的竞争机制及现代信息网络的发展,决定了图书馆服务的特色化发展趋势。论述了网络环境下公共图书馆特色服务的内容、服务对象以及服务方式,并阐明了在开展特色服务时所要注意的问题及解决办法。
The competition mechanism under the conditions of the market economy and the development of the modem information network determines the developing trend of library＇s characteristic service. This paper discusses on the contents, objects and modes of the characteristic service of the public library, and expounds the problems needing attention in carrying on the characteristic service, and puts forward some solving methods.
