摘要
论述食品召回制度的含义、范围及我国实施食品召回制度的现状和存在的问题,借鉴国外实施食品召回制度的经验,对我国实施食品召回制度提出了设想和建议。
This article discusses the meanings and scope of food recall system along with actuality of actualizing food recall system and existent problems, benefits from experience of actualizing food recall system abroad, and puting forward ideas and suggestions of actualizing food recall system.
