通过功率增加系数的计算,建立蒸汽动力装置使用过程中外部影响因素的评价模型,提出了一种新的评价舰船蒸汽动力装置使用经济性的总的评价模型。
By calculating the power increase coefficient, a assessment model of the exterior effect factors in the course of using warship steam propulsion plant is established, and a new combined assessment model of the operational economy of the warship steam propulsion plant is proposed.
