沿海公路钢筋混凝土桥梁氯盐侵蚀的调研与分析 被引量:10

摘要 在氯盐污染环境下,过量的Cl-向混凝土中渗透是导致钢筋腐蚀的主要因素之一.本文就秦皇岛地区沿海公路上一些投入使用10 a左右的钢筋混凝土桥进行了调查与检测.调查结果显示,这些混凝土桥梁中普遍存在损伤开裂、钢筋锈蚀、保护层剥落等现象;检测结果显示某些部位的Cl-侵蚀深度已经超过钢筋的保护层厚度。混凝土中Cl-的质量分数普遍比较大,Cl-质量分数已超过钢筋锈蚀的临界值.Cl-渗透引起桥梁损坏的问题应该引起人们的关注. One of the main reasons for corrosion of reinforced bars is the superfluous chlorine ion penetrating into the reinforced concrete. This article investigated and measured the reinforced concrete bridges, which had been put into use for 10 years along the seaside highway in Qinghuangdao area. The results show that there exist many damages, such as concrete cracks, reinforcement corrosion, and protection layer faking off. The measurement results show that the corrosion thickness of chlorine ion exceeds the thickness of protection layer in some places.
