摘要
目的:观察经胃镜配合中西药治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效,以寻找安全有效、快速防止复发的治疗方法。方法:80例疣状胃炎患者随机分为两组,观察组及对照组各40例。对照组采用经胃镜配合雷贝拉唑(rakeprazole,波利特)治疗,观察组在此基础上序贯应用中药消疣和胃汤治疗。结果:经胃镜下高频电凝术配合中西药序贯治疗与配合西药治疗在腹痛评分、疗效及创面愈合有显著性差异。结论:经胃镜中西药序贯治疗疣状胃炎症状消失快、愈合好、复发率低。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effect on verruco -sagastritis with combined therapy of high radiofrequency energy delivery under gastroscope and sequentially traditional and western Chinese medicine. In order to search for the better treatment. Methods ：80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with gastroscope and Xiaoyou He wei decoction, rakeprazole and 40 cases in the control group with gastroscope and rakeprazole. Results ：Score of abdominal pain before therapy and the total effective rate in the treatment group were respeetivelly（ 3.2± 2.6,35 ） （ 87.5% ） and （ 2.9 ±2.3 ）, 23 （82.5%） in the control group. Score of abdominal pain after therapy（ 0.6 ± 1.5 ）and （1.0 ± 1.2）Score of abdominal pain and the total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly improved. Conclusion ：The clinical effect of the treatment group in treating verrucosagastritis was superior to that of the control group and recurring rate lower.
