摘要
钨相还原炉是钨钼粉末冶金生产的重要设备,而冶炼前的各种原料配比,对钨钼产品各种性能指标具有重大影响.本文用Fuzzy(模糊)控制方法,在微机上建立工业生产最佳物料配方的Fuzzy综合评判模型和算法,为计算机在线快速求取最佳工业物料配比给出一种较理想的快速方案.经现场试验效果良好.
This system, using Fuzzy control method to establish Fuzzy synthetic decision model and algorithm on micro-commputer for getting optimum raw material charge in industrial production, gives an ideal, fast-measuring scheme for on-line computer, obtaining optimum raw material charge rapidly. Good results have been observed in practice.
