摘要
目前我国正处于城镇化发展的关键时期,城镇土地生态安全问题越来越受到重视。在对土地生态安全基本理论进行研究的基础上,构建了适合小城镇特征的土地生态安全评价指标体系,包括经济社会安全、城镇环境安全、辖区农村环境安全和城乡资源利用4个系统层指标和农民人均收入等23项变量指标;提出了不安全指数数学模型的评价方法;并以泰安市汶南镇为例,进行土地生态安全状况综合评价。结果表明,汶南镇土地生态处于较安全状态,但也存在较多不安全因素。
Nowadays, our country is in the fast and important urbanization period. The problem of ecological security of town land is becoming an important issue in the sustainable development. Based on good understanding of the concept and theory of land ecological security, in this paper the indicator system of land ecological security evaluation of small town in the eastern China was established, which included 23 indicators that were mainly in view of economical and social safety, urban environmental security, rural environmental security and utilization of resources in urban and rural area, And also an assessment method that was called as the unsafe index method was put forward. The land of Wennan town was systematically evaluated based on this model. The result showed that it was relative security in the land at Wennan town arid also there were some unsafe factors in the land use.
