摘要
目的:观察植物神经在中医寒热不同证型中的机能状态。方法:用高压液相色谱法测定人血CA、HVA、5-HT;用紫外分光光度法测定红细胞膜上AchE活性。结果:虚热证组CA等含量高于正常组和虚寒组(P<0.01)。虚寒证组RBC膜上AchE活性高于正常组(P<0.05).虚热组低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:交感神经和副交感神经在中医寒热各证型中的机能状态不同。
Objective. To Observe vegetative nerve functional status of the different syndromes of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM) cold and heat.Methods. HPLC-ECT assay of plasmaCA and 5- HT. HVA and spectrophotometric assay of RBC membrane AchE. Results. In the patients with Dificiency-heat Syndromes (DHD). the levels of CA. et al were higher than thoseof the normal and of Dificiency-cold Syndromes(DCD)(P>0.01). The levels of AchE in the patientts with DCD were higher than those of the normal (P<0.05). the levelsofAchEin the patientswith DHD were lower than those of the nor-mal( P<0.05).conclusions. Thatresults shwed there are different functionalstatus of the sympa-thctic nerve and parasymathetic nerve inTCM heat andcold syndrome s.
