肝内动脉再分布术在化疗泵植入术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过肝内动脉再分布术使肝脏恶性肿瘤的供血动脉单一化,以提高肿瘤化疗的效果。方法:应用弹簧栓子,根据肿瘤部位,选择性栓塞动脉分支。结果:所有患者均达到肿瘤供血动脉单一化的目的。结论:肝内动脉再分布术,可以使肿瘤供血动脉单一化,防止药物分流,留置导管不易脱出,是完成肿瘤化疗的有效方法。 Objective . In order to make chemotherapy more effective the blood supply of the malignant hepatic tumor must be unified through the hepatic artery redistribution. Methods . According to the tumor’s location.the arterial branchesshould be stuck selectively by the spring coils. Results . The im-mediate arteriography showed that feeding arteries of the tumors were unified in all of our cases. Con-clusion . From the present study we belleve that hepatic artery redistribution is an effective method for improving the result of transcathetic artery chemotherapy in terms of unifying the tumors feeding arter-ies. avoiding anticancer agent separation and preventing the catheter shipping off.
