摘要
目的:了解和认识生物矿化过程基质的作用。方法:在含磷酸钠并且pH为7.4的胶原蛋白凝胶上面复盖CaCl_2溶液,研究在界面附近凝胶中晶体生长。结果:在Ⅱ型胶原蛋白凝胶中磷酸钙成核受到抑制,并且生成以磷酸八钙为主的矿物相;I型胶原蛋白在矿化起始阶段具有富集Ca ̄(2+)的能力,并可将磷酸八钙转化为羟基磷灰石。结论:I型胶原蛋白可调节磷酸钙矿化过程中的晶体生长。
s Objective. To study the role of extracellular matrix in biological calcification by means of calcium phOsphates crystal growth in collagen gels process. Methods . In this system. collagen gels con-taining sodium phosphate and buffered at pH 7. 4 are overlayed with a solution containing CaCl2 . Re- sults. Crystals form in the collagen gel adjacent to the gel- solution interface. It was found that the un- cleation of calcium phosphate was inhibited and the octacalclum phosphate was the predominant species in the presence of type Ⅱcollagen. Type I coilagen has the ability to aggregate Ca2+in the initial stage of mineralization and can transform octacalcium phosphate into hydroxyapatite.Conclusion. Type I collagen can regulate the crystal growth in calcium phosphate mineralization process.
