摘要
新的市场环境使企业间关系发生新的变化,使企业面临新的竞争力量的影响。本文在对波特“五力模型”评述的基础上,提出了企业处于供应链合作关系下所面临的八种竞争力量(“八力模型”),并利用此模型提出了企业的相应对策。
Owing to the new changes in the relationship among the enterprises caused by the new market environment, the enterprises are now faced with the effects of the new competitive forces. Based on the analysis of Porter's Five Forces Model, this paper suggests eight competitive forces that the enterprise will face under the supply chain partnership (Eight Forces Model') and the enterprise's corresponding strategies.
