摘要
本文通过对工业火雷管产生半爆及振动洒药、加强帽移动等质量问题分析,拔出产生问题的主要条件,通过改变管壳和加强帽配合间隙,提高了二硝基重氮酚工业火雷管的压合压力,保证了产品质量。
Having analyzed the quality fault such as incomplete, vibration sprinklingexplosive and moving of reinforcing caps resalting from the production of plain detonators in this paper, main causes were found. Improuing fitting of detonator shells with reinforcing caps can increase compaction-pressure for diazodinitrophenol plain detonators, and ensure good quality for products.
