摘要
裳卷蛾变形抱虫(Vairimorpha ceraces sp.nov.)对家蚕为敏感性感染,感染中量(IC50)为1.2×10^4,可广泛寄生各种组织,其中丝腺与马氏管被严重寄生,病蛾胚传率为2.69%,孢子发育形态明显偏向二孢子母细胞(disporous)发育。以2×10^7-4×10^7粒孢子/mL对每尾红鲤(redcarp)添食0.5mL,饲养40d后解剖全部鱼体,约有10%-20%的试验鱼出现了明显的组织病变,在寄生组织中观察到大量的梨形未成熟孢子和少量的成熟孢子,但未观察到八孢子囊(octosporous)形态,病变组织疑似孢子免疫荧光检测为阳性,3次独立重复试验均得到了同样的结果,表明高浓度裳卷蛾变形孢虫可能对红鲤发生了机会性感染。试验结果对探讨微孢子虫的感染与感染适应性机制具有重要意义。
The Microsporidium, Vairimorpha ceraces sp. nov. was isolated from Cerace stipatana walker ( Lepidoptera) by us and the related results were published in Acta Zootaxonomica Sinica in 2005. In this paper, we tested whether Vairimorpha ceraces had infection to other hosts, silkwom and red carp, Vairimorpha ceraces had infection to silkworm and parasitized abroad to many tissues, especially to silkgland and malpighian tube, IC50 was 1.2×10^4 and transovarial transmission rate of infection moths was only 2, 69%, and sporogony present octosporoblast form but many changed to disporous form in silkworm. Each red carp ( Cyprimus carpio L, red Var. )was fed with 0.5 mL of 2×10^7-4×10^7 spores/mL. Forty days later, about 10% -20% of the treated fish had distinct pathological tissues in which many premature spores as pear and a little mature spores were observed, but no octosporous. The suspected spores showed positive by immunofluorescence detection. 3 independent repeats tests appeared the similar result. This suggested that the high concentration of Vairimorpha ceraces spores probably led to the opportunistic infection to Cyprimus carpio L. red Var. The above results supplied the important information for studying infection and adaptability mechanism of microsporidia.
