新组建的黄石理工学院医学院,要跻身于地方医学院校的前列,必须要以科学发展观来指导学院的建设,科学地确定发展目标和清晰办学思路,大力实施特色建校、质量立校、名师兴校和科研强校的战略,努力去实现学院跨越式发展。
To be one of the top medical colleges or universities, the newly established medical school of Huangshi Institute of Teehnolngy should establish scientific development philosophy to guide its development. The mangement should set a development goal scientifically and have clear idea to run the college, implement the strategies of establishing the college with its own feature, keeping it going with high quality of teaching and learning, making it prosperous with prestigious teachers and improving its competitiveness with research so as to realize the fantastic development of the medical school.
