摘要
分段堆积/雕铣成形是一种堆积成形和CNC雕铣加工相结合的复合成形工艺。该工艺中支撑材料和零件材料的挤出是关键环节之一。本文根据该工艺的特点,设计开发了适用于分段堆积/雕铣成形支撑材料的自动挤出装置,包括螺杆挤出单元的结构设计、温度控制单元设计和步进电机驱动单元设计三个部分。使用结果表明,自主设计的挤出装置结构紧凑,主要挤出参数控制精确,为分段堆积/雕铣成形新工艺的进一步研究奠定了良好的基础。
Segmented manufacturing using deposition and sculpture (SMDS) is based on the combination of deposition and traditional CNC machining. The extrusion of the part material and sacrificial support material is one of the key links in the technics. According to the characteristic of SMDS, a special automatic extrusion device for sacrificial support material was designed. The device includes three parts--the screw extrusion unit, the temperature control unit and the stepping motor drive unit. The usage result shows that the extrusion device is compact in configuration and accurate in main extrusion parameter control.
