摘要 从提高混凝土中掺合料用量及有效性出发,对页岩灰、粉煤灰、矿渣、磷渣、天然沸石、粉石英等进行了配比及活化处理,用活化掺合料代替10%~40%水泥的不同配合比混凝土的抗压强度和坍落度.与基准混凝土比较,活化掺合料混凝土的坍落度变化不大,早期强度较低,后期强度较高;在应用555R硅酸盐水泥和总胶凝材料量500kg/m3条件下,以此系列活化掺合料可制得28d抗压强度50~80MPa,坍落度3~22cm的混凝土. For the purpose of increasing the quantity and effectiveness of admixture used inconcrete,oil shale ash,fly ash, slag, phosphate cinder, natural zeolite and silicon powderwere proportioned and activated and the compressive strength and slumps of concrete testedwith 10%-40%of its cement substituted by activated adndxtures. Experiments show thatslumps of activated admirture conctetes changed insignificantly early strengths lowered,andlater strengths increased compared with those of basic concrete ; and that concrete with compressive strength of 50-90 MPa at 28 days and slump of 3-22cm could be gotten with theseseries of activated admixtures in the condition of using 525R portland cement and total 500kg/m3 binding materials. This work can be regarded as a base in further research and applications.
