摘要
本文对唐山市灾害源分布、综合成灾模型和对策管理系统的功能和总框图给予了简要说明，并结合唐山市各种灾害的情况阐述了综合防灾系统各部分子框图的重要意义和关键技术。
In this Paper,the functions and now chart for distribution of disaster source,model of comprehensive disaster evaluation and countermeasures for Tangshan city are explained.The important significance and key technique of sub-flow charts of the system are introduced according to the status of various disasters.
