液相掺镨BaTi_4O_9纳米粉的制备工艺研究

摘要 以醋酸钡和钛酸四丁酯为原料,在溶胶阶段以离子形式液相引入稀土镨元素,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺镨BaTi4O9纳米粉,讨论了制备过程中各种因素对胶体质量的影响,得出合理的工艺条件为:以乙二醇甲醚作溶剂,pH=3.5-3.8,加水量为30-50,水解温度为50℃,搅拌时间约8h,干凝胶经1200℃热处理1h后,得到粒径30nm左右近球形纳米粉.由于掺镨量较小(3%),XRD成分分析结果表明,产物仍为单相BaTi4O9,但粉体d值和晶胞参数比纯BaTi4O9减小. BaTi4O9 nanopowder doped with Pr element was prepared by sol-gel method using Ba(CH3COO)2 and Ti(OC4H9)4 as raw materials. In the process of sol, Pr element was in the form of ions. After discussing the influence on the process of fabrication, the rational technique was concluded as follows: methoxyethanol was as solvent, pH = 3.5 - 3.8, molar ratio of water/alkocide = 30 - 50, hydrolysis temperature was 50℃ and stirring time was 8 h. After gel was calcined at 1 200 ℃ for 1 h, the nearly globular nanopowder of 30 nm in size was well prepared. The XRD analysis showed that the product was single-phase BaTi4O9, but the d value and the crystal constant of the powder were less than those of normal BaTi4O9.
