摘要
目的:了解亲子保健对婴儿智能发育的影响。方法:选择正常健康婴儿300例,干预组150例和对照组150例。干预组婴儿进行亲子保健,对照组婴儿进行常规保健。2组婴儿在满3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月龄时进行同样的CDCC智能检测。结果:两组婴儿智力发育指数(MD I)和心理运动发育指数(PD I)比较,MD I方面的差异有极显著性(P<0.01),PD I方面的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:亲子保健对婴儿智能有明显的促进作用。
Objective： To study the influence of intimate health maintenance on infant＇s intellectual development. Methods： 300 infants born for two months were divided into experiment group （150 babies） and control group （150 babies） . Babies in experiment group were under intimate health protection and those in control group were under routine protection CDCC intellectual detection was taken for the infants in both two groups when they were three, six, nine, twelve months old. Results： Both mental developmental index （MDI） and psychomotor developmental index （PDI） of two groups were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ） . Conchusion： Intimate health maintenance obviously stimulates of infants＇intellectual development.
