摘要
采用溶氧电极法测定了以牛顿和非牛顿流体为液相的提升管三相流化床的气液传质系数(kla)。证明其值受床层流动特性的影响显著,那些能提供高气含率和增大液体循环速率的操作条件也有助于kla的提高。
The volumetric gas liquid mass transfer coefficients([WT5”BX]k la) were measured in a draft tube three phase fluidized bed for both Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids by the way of dissolved oxygen probe method.The influence of operating conditions on k la was investigated.It is found that the variation of k la is significantly affected by the bed hydrodynamic properties,high gas holdup and large liquid circulation rate also intensifies gas liquid mass transport.By introducing the generalized Reynolds number, the correlation for calculating k la,which applies to both Newtonian and non Newtonian fluids,was obtained.
