摘要
目的 探讨老年结肠癌患者的外科治疗方法。方法 回顾分析1998-2005年收治的67例70岁以上结肠癌患者的治疗情况。结果 本组平均发病年龄76．6岁，平均病程2．3个月，均为无早期获得诊断者。术前并存疾病的发病率为63％，淋巴结转移率为63％，根治性结肠的切除率为87％，姑息性切除率为6％，术后并发症发病率为46％，病死率为2．9％。结论 老年结肠癌患者手术治疗仍为首选。应通过充分的术前准备，加强国手术期的治疗及精细的手术操作，可提高切除成功率，降低术后并发症的发病率及死亡率。
Objective To study the surgery treatment methods for elderly patients with colon cancer. Methods Retrospected the treatment of elder patients with colon cancer from 1998 to 2005. Results The average age was 76.6. Average course was 2.3 months. Before operation the rate was 63 %. Radical treatment ablation of colon cancer rate was 87 %. Appeasement ablation rate was 6 %. After operation the rate was 46 %. Death rate was 2.9 %. Conclusion Operation treatment for elderly patients with colon cancer is effective. Before operation it is necessary to reinforce treatment at the same time operation and the operating manipulation of precision can raise the ablation ratio of colon cancer. Abate ration of complication rate and death rate are after operation.
