CRYSTAL FIELD SPECTRAM AND g FACTOR OF Co 2+ IONS IN ZnSe∶Co 2+ CRYSTAL

摘要 本文通过引入两个共价因子Nt,Ne,推导了包含Racah参量A的能量矩阵,并用高阶微扰方法推导了g因子计算公式.在此基础上计算了ZnSe:Co2+的晶场光谱和顺磁g因子.其理论值与实验结果吻合较好. In this paper, two covalent factors are introduced. And then, the energy matrices of 3d 3/7 ion in O k(T d) crystal field and the peturbation formulas up to third order for g factor, which include the contribution from Racah parameter A , are derived. In terms of these formulas, We calculate the spectrum and g factor of Co 2+ in ZnSe, the results agree with the experimental finding. For the semiconductor which have stronge covalency, the results show that the contribution from the Racah paramater A to the spectrum and the g shifts can not be neglected.
