摘要
利用1971-2004年实测的降水、温度等气象资料计算了黑龙江省松嫩平原春季湿润系数、张宝坤干燥度等指标,通过分析发现:近年来松嫩平原连年发生春旱,而且具有持续时间长、受害程度严重的特点。并分析了春旱对农业生产的影响,说明了春旱是影响当地粮食产量的主要灾害之一,为农业生产中减灾、抗灾提供科学的依据。
Based on the observed data of precipitation and temperature from 1971 to 2004, the spring wetness coefficient and Zhang Baokun dry coefficient were calculated in Songnen Plain of Heilongjiang Province. It was concluded that the drought frequently occurred in Songnen Plain in recent springs characterized with long last and serious damage. The spring drought was one of the main disasters affected the grain production.
