摘要
目的探讨不同浓度新型促渗剂壬代环戊双醚对双氯芬酸钠凝胶的透皮吸收影响。方法采用改良Frans扩散池进行体外透皮吸收实验。流动相:甲醇-乙酸水溶液(pH=3.0)(体积比70∶30),紫外检测波长284 nm。结果壬代环戊双醚含量在2.0%时透皮吸收最好。结论壬代环戊双醚具有较好的促渗作用,是较好的新型促渗剂。
Objective To evaluate the effect of 2-nonyl-1,3-dioxolane, a penetration enhancer, on in vitro permeation of diclofenac gel. Method The in vitro skin permeation experiment was conducted by using modified Franz diffusion cell. Acetate solution ( pH3.0 ) - methanol (70: 30) was used as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Result and Conclusion The optimal concentration of 2-nonyl-1,3-dioxolane for higher percutaneous absorption of diclofenac gel was 2.0%, suggesting that 2-nonyl-1,3-dioxolane is a potent penetration enhancer.
