放疗后组织纤维化的超声组织定征研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的用超声组织定征(UTC)方法,对放疗后头颈部肿瘤患者颈部组织纤维化程度进行量化分析。方法对40例接受根治性放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者,用超声图像定量分析诊断仪分别检测和分析双侧锁骨上区、双侧颈部胸锁乳突肌中上份的声像图灰阶(GS)值。用方差分析统计灰阶值差异。结果放疗后组织纤维化灰阶值与放疗后间隔的时间长短和放疗剂量的大小有密切相关性,随放疗后间隔时间的延长,放疗剂量的增大,灰阶(GS)值逐渐增高,提示纤维化加重。结论UTC可用于放疗后颈部组织的纤维化程度的量化分析。 Objective To investigate the clinical utility of quantitative measurement of post-irradiation neck fibrosis by ultrasonic tissue characterzation(UTC) for patients with head and neck tumors. Methods Forty patients with head and neck tumors receiving radical radiation therapy were included. We measured the maximum, minimum and mean values of ultrasound grayseale in the bilateral supraclavicular and upper-middle part of sternocleidomastoid muscle areas using quantitative analysis device at the time of prior radiation, 2 month and 6 month of post-radiations, respectively. The differences between the values were assessed by statistic chi-square test.Results The severer the fibrosis was, the higher the mean grayscale value was. Conclusion Post-irradiation fibrosis can be measured by the grayscale values using ultrasonic tissue characterzafion(UTC). The severer the fibrosis is, the higher the mean grayseale value could be. UTC is a simple, sensitive, quantitative method without traumatism.
