摘要
由于水库地震的成因复杂，以及人们认识上的局限性，目前尚不能简单地归结为水库蓄水后诱发了地震．
It does not affirm that earthquake will be induced by construction of dam in the river, due to the complex causes of dam earthquake and the limitations of human comprehension.
