摘要
重度勃起功能障碍(SED)患者由于严重阴茎勃起器官器质性病理变化,口服磷酸二酯酶V型抑制剂或阴茎海绵体药物注射疗法治疗效果不佳,而且近年来寻求治疗的重度勃起功能障碍患者数量正在增加。为此,本文综述了SED患者的诊断与治疗方法进展,为SED临床诊断与治疗提供参考。
The Diagnosis and treatment of severe erectile dysfunction（SED） was reviewed. For the diagnosis of SED, it is essential to abtain details about patient＇s disease history, medication therapy history, sexual history, marital situation, and general health condition. Also it is important to pay attention to his psychology, social status, occupation, sexual desire, ejaculation function, orgasm. Sometimes, PDESI can act as a diagnostic therapy. The treatments of SED include oral medications, intraeavernous injection therapy, prosthetic surgery, vascular procedures. The indications for each therapeutics should be carefully considered.
