摘要
本文根据对河北省海岸带脆弱性指标的分析及所建立的河北省海岸带经济脆弱度的评价体系,运用模糊评价法与灰色预测模型MGM(1,n)对河北省沿海各县市分别进行了现状评价与趋势评价,得出了各县市发展过程中的脆弱度,并提出了相应地优化调整建议。
The coastal zone has abundant resources, and it can provide strong material basis for the sus- tainable development of human society. Because environment and resource around it are changed, its economical system has vulnerability. This paper analyzes the index system of coastal zone in the Hebei Province and constructed method of system science. This paper assesses the status quo by fuzzy, theory and predicts its development trend by grey theory MGM （1, n） model.
