摘要
完备的社会信用体系是在市场经济条件下,以信用为基础形成的一整套规范和制度。没有良好的社会信用,就不可能有良好的市场秩序,更不可能有完善的市场经济体制。所以,加快社会信用体系的建设,引导市场主体诚信守法地开展经营活动,是整顿和规范市场经济秩序、完善市场经济体制,增强国际竞争力的关键。
The ideal social credit system is a whole set of norms and system based on credit in the market economy. Without sound social credit, it＇s impossible to have a conducive market order, let alone consummate market economy system. Therefore ,quickening the construction of social credit system and guiding the mainstream of the market to operate by law and credit are the important tasks of reforming and standardizing market economy, order, perfecting market economy system, strengthening international competition.
