摘要
随着国际经济交流的深化,国际贸易自由化的程度大大提高,但是贸易保护现象并未消除,反倾销已成为一国合法保护本国产业的重要工具。尤其是欧盟对华反倾销趋势愈演愈烈,已经成为中欧正常贸易的主要障碍。本文探讨了欧盟对华反倾销的现状,比较深入的分析了欧盟对华反倾销政策制定的理论基础和实践效果,指出欧盟对华反倾销是一种过度的保护行为,其效果已经偏离了维护公正贸易的目标。同时,就中国政府和企业如何应对反倾销,提出了相应的建议和策略。
International economic exchanges are more frequent, but trade protection still exists and anti - dumping has become one tool of protecting domestic products. This paper, giving an analysis of the status quo of European Community＇s anti -dumping against China and its theoretical basis and practical effects, points out that this anti - dumping is actually a kind of excessive protection, whose effects have been away from the goals of fair trade. And some useful suggestions will be come up with as to this anti - dumping.
