摘要
“产权社会化”是适应生产社会化的客观要求,某一法定主体的私人性产权部分或全部地被社会范围内越来越多的法定主体、社会成员共同分享的过程和趋势。本文从这一基本定义出发,分析了产权社会化的内涵、表现、特征、实质、演进轨迹等问题,提出适应社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求,各类企业产权改革的方向都应该是使产权社会化。
＂Property right socialization＂ is an objective requirement which meets the socialization of production; it illustrates the course and trend of certain legal private property right partly or wholly being jointly shared by more and more social legal subjects and members. This paper proceeds from this basic definition, has analyzed such questions as the content, behavior, characteristic, essence, gradual progress orbit of socialized property right. To meet the objective requirement of socialist market economic development, property right reform of all kinds of enterprises should follow the trend of orooertv right socialization.
