摘要
研究了困扰实际工程应用中跨操作系统并行数据传输技术瓶颈问题,并给出了一般的解决步骤。以某冷轧厂技术改造为背景,分析了该冷轧计算机控制系统中过程控制机与最佳化控制机间的并行通讯,用PC机代替最佳化控制机实现与过程控制机(Siemens R30)实时在线传输轧机生产电文。运用数据采集、单片机、CPLD等相关技术,设计和建立了基于Windows的PC机与Siemens R30实时并行通讯系统。该系统为研究轧机轧制模型、控制模型等提供了实时在线数据环境,满足了该厂技术改造的应用需求。该系统在某冷轧厂已经投入实际使用,运行稳定、可靠。
Technology bottleneck of the parallel communication between different operation systems is solved in practical project application, and general steps is listed. With the background of the technical refonn of a cold rolling system, the parallel communication is analysed between process control computer and optimal control computer. The real-time online telegraphs are transmitted between process control computer (Siemens R30) and PC which replace the optimal computer. Based on the principles of parallel communication between Siemens R30s, a realtime bidirectional parallel communication system is designed and realized. The technologies, such as data acquisition, SCM and CPLD, are used in the system. The communication system provides real-time and online data environment for the research about the rolling models and control models. A mass of real-time datum meet the application requirement in the process of technical reform in a cold rolling factory. The system is in operation with stability andreliability.
