摘要 针对通常的心电监护只能在医院实施的问题,研究并开发了一种可随身携带具有移动通信功能的移动心电监护系统,该系统把嵌入式技术和无线通信GPRS技术结合起来,利用无线网络传送心电数据,实现了心电数据的实时采集和传输,并且可以随时随地和监护中心保持联系。而且,还提出了一种解决主机和移动单元通信的新方法:即采用USB接口代替以往的RS232接口。它具有体积小、功耗低、携带方便、传输速度快等特点。 Aiming at the problem that a usual mobile electrocardio monitoring can only be carried out at hospital, a mobile electrocardio monitoring system is studied and developed, which is portable and has the function of mobile communication. The system combines embedded technique with wireless communication and makes use of the wireless network to transport ECG data, which is easy to implement the real time acquisition and transfer of ECG data, and to implement a real time communication with monitoring center. Moreover, a solution of connecting the host and mobile unit is developed by using USB interface instead of RS232 interface. This system is very small and portable, and it has higher speed on transmission and lower power consumption.
