摘要
为了实现烧结全过程监控和点火器温度自动控制,开发了烧结自动化监控系统。通过采用MCGS(通用监控系统)组态软件和研华系列模块,实现了煤气阀门和助燃风阀门的可视化调节,实现了实时温度和实时压力数据的集中显示。采用历史表格构件,实现了各种报表的显示、统计和打印。采用报警窗,进行了系统报警。该系统在莱芜市九羊福利铁厂进行了试验和使用,效果良好。
Monitoring and controlling system of sintering automation is developed in order to monitor the whole process of sintefing and control the temperature of portfire automatically. The system implements the visualization regulation for gas valve and combustion-supporting valve, and displayes data for real-time temperature and real-time pressure through adopting MCGS and ADAM-4000 module. At the same time, the display, statistics and print of all kinds report forms by history form component are realized. An alarm is designed by alarm windows. The system is tested and used in Nine sheep welfare iron factory and acquires better effect.
