摘要
本文以湖北广济所产的海泡石石棉为研究对象,采用X射线衍射分析方法,对不同温度条件下,海泡石石棉的X射线衍射图谱特征进行了研究,阐明了热处理过程中海泡石石棉的成份、结构及性质变化特点,即300℃以下海泡石失去吸附水,但结构性质基本保持不变;300~800℃海泡石失去结晶水,结构发生局部调整,形成无水海泡石矿物相;800℃以上海泡石失去羟基水,结构破坏,矿物成份重新组合形成新矿物相斜顽辉石和方英石。
The sepiolite made in Guangji, Hunan has been studied by x-ray powder diffractiontechnique. The characteristic of x-ray powder diffraction patterns shows the structure of sepiolitechanges in three stages in the temperature ranging from 25 - 1000℃. (1 ) The zeolitlc water is removed below 300℃, but the structure of sepiolite is of no change. (2) The bound water is lostat the temperature between 300-800℃, the structure of sepiolite folds and the sepiolite turns into sepiolite anhydride. (3) The hydroxyl water disappears above 800℃, the structure of the sepiolite is broken completely and the sepiolite anhydride transfroms into enstatite and cristobalite.
