摘要
台湾10年教育改革中出现的一些问题,如:“九年一贯制”造成混乱、“一纲多本”带来诸多问题、“多元入学”加重了学生负担、“广设大学”导致教育质量严重下降等。造成这些问题原因在于:“台独”思想及其引发的争议是戕害教育改革的根本原因;政治斗争侵入教育是教改失败的主要原因;“外行领导内行”对教改失败起到了推波助澜的作用;冒进行为严重影响了教改措施的深入实施。因此,台湾教育改革应回归专业领导,消除政治对教育的干扰,因地制宜,不盲目照搬国外经验。
The problems faced in the 10- year educational reforms in Taiwan are the chaotic 9- year system, contradictory educational program, burdensome admissions, and the worsening university qualities. These problems are mainly due to Taiwan independence ideology, political interferences, the lay leadership, and rash policies. The author, therefore, propose the new strategies to Taiwan educational reforms.
